Shipping and Returns

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return
    Contact customer service at hello@tryscent.co or through your account.
  2. Approval
    Once your return request is submitted, we may ask for photos or proof that the product is still in acceptable condition for return. After review, you will be notified if the return is approved or not, and only then will a Return Authorization Number (RMA) be issued.
  3. Package
    Securely pack your items to avoid damages during shipping and the Return Authorization Number (RMA) fully visible.
  4. Ship
    • If the return is due to our error or a damaged item, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
    • For buyer’s remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide us with the tracking number.
  5. Processing
    Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt of the returned package.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method
    Refunds are issued back to your original payment method for eligible returns, minus a $10 restocking fee.
  • Store Credit
    Available for all returns, including opened products.
  • Exchange
    Offered when stock is available. Price differences may apply.

Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference / Buyer’s Remorse: Customer pays return shipping and provides tracking number.
  • Damaged Items: We provide prepaid return labels.
