Overview

Return Window

  • Unopened Products: 60 days from delivery date
  • Opened Products: 14 days from delivery date (hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Damaged/Defective Items: 7 days from delivery date

Return Conditions

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened perfumes in original packaging
  • Opened perfumes with at least 90% remaining.
  • Products received damaged or defective
  • Wrong items shipped due to our error

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products used beyond testing (more than 10% missing)
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Products returned after the return window
  • Gift sets with missing components

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact customer service at hello@tryscent.co or through your account
  2. Approval: Receive return authorization number (RMA)
  3. Package: Secure packaging with RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship: Use the provided prepaid label or pay for return shipping
  5. Processing: 14 business days after receipt

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Full refund for eligible returns
  • Store Credit: Available for all returns (including opened products)
  • Exchange: Subject to availability and price differences

Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Customer Preference: Customer pays return shipping
  • Damaged Items: We provide prepaid return labels
