Refund & Return Policy
At TryScent, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Returns
You may return any unopened perfume within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
If a bottle has been opened, we offer a 14-day window for return, provided at least 80% of the fragrance remains.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@tryscent.co with your order number. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label where available.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping if the error was ours (wrong item, damaged on arrival).
If the return is for personal preference (e.g., not the right scent), the customer covers return shipping.
