TryScent Shipping Policy


At TryScent, we believe your fragrances should reach you as quickly as your cravings for them spark. Here’s how we make it happen:

Processing Time: Order Handling: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details faster than you can say “eau de parfum.”

Shipping Times: We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 business days.

Please note that holidays, carrier delays, and unforeseen events (like a rogue snowstorm or customs bottleneck) may sometimes add a few extra days. We appreciate your patience and your excellent taste in scents.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Occasionally, we run free shipping promos—keep an eye (or nose) out!

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping. If it’s still radio silence after that, give us a shout.

Shipping Destinations: Currently, we ship within the Germany, USA, Canada, EU, and the rest of the world.

We’re working hard on expanding globally so everyone can smell amazing.

Delays & Exceptions: Holidays can sometimes delay shipping timelines due to carrier volume.

Remote or rural areas might take a bit longer.

Customs clearance times can vary for international orders and are outside our control. Import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We know how heartbreaking it is to wait for a scent that never arrives. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tryscent.co within 7 days of delivery date for assistance.
